If you are transferring a locked-in registered plan, you have the envious task of completing another form. Sorry, this one's out of our control.
Along with your Transfer Form (and your RSP or RIF Application form, if you are opening a new account), please complete the corresponding LOCKED-IN TRANSFER ADDENDUM from the list below for the jurisdiction and type of locked-in plan you are transferring. If you require further instructions, we've got another form explaining it all. Or you can always call one of our Investor Specialists. They live for this stuff.

Minimums
Initial Investment:
$10,000 per fund. If your aggregate investment exceeds $50,000, the minimum investment per fund is waived.
Subsequent Purchases:
$1,000 per fund for funds in which you already own units; or $10,000 per fund for funds in which you don't currently own units.
